KITESURFING
The most famous kitesurfing spot in Lefkada is by far Agios Ioannis on the northern part of the island, 2 km away from the main town. You can easily find this kitesurfing spot and choose one of the 3 windmills that line the beach to get in the water. In July and August, many people launch 200-300m on the right side of the right windmill.
NEAR AIRPORT
Aktion National Airport is the airport serving Lefkas in Greece. It is located about 22 km outside Lefkada Town. The distance between the two by car is about 20 minutes. The airport receives scheduled and charter flights from both Greece and abroad.
PARAGLIDING
Paragliding Lefkada Fly over Lefkada by paragliding. You can find paragliding spots at Exantheia and Kathisma beach. There are 3 routes you can fly from. From radars in the top of the mountain with destination the beautiful Kathisma Beach, one of the most popular beaches of the island.
